As President and CEO, Ed Vos has overall responsibility for the strategy, innovation, service excellence and growth agenda for OnX Enterprise Solutions. Ed’s passion for winning and proven results oriented approach will strengthen partner relationships and enhance the overall client experience. Ed is an engaging leader who creates a culture for high performance teams that deliver superior performance.
Ed brings over 25 years of experience in the IT industry as co-founder of one of the largest national solution providers in Canada. His dedication is also focused on youth development programs, particularly Junior Achievement.
Ed holds a Bachelor of Business degree from GMI Engineering and Management Institute in Flint, Michigan.
Executive Vice President
Enza currently holds the position of Executive Vice President responsible for leading our Sales and Marketing Teams in Canada, parts of the US and Internationally. Enza focuses on helping clients better understand how OnX can deliver exceptional “value” driving positive outcomes in their businesses. Enza contributes to the innovation and enhancement of OnX Solution offerings working closely with our Chief Technology Officer.
Enza has held various senior leadership roles within the IT industry including Financial, Operations, Sales and Professional Services over the past two decades. Enza is a passionate technologist focused on assisting clients better understand the positive impact and possibilities that business technology solutions can deliver and how OnX makes technology work.
Enza strengthens our executive leadership team with her vast understanding of business technology based solutions. In 2011, Enza was recognized as one of Canada’s leading Women in Technology by IT Canada and CDN Magazine.
Enza is a graduate of the University of Toronto with a degree in Finance.
Global Chief Technology Officer
As the Global Chief Technology Officer, Michael is primarily responsible for the corporate technology strategy portfolio and managing our elite team of strategists within the CTO office organization. In his role, Michael and his team also develop new technology solutions, and the evaluation, management and adoption of business partner products and services within the OnX portfolio. Our CTO office provides market insight and value derivation for our client’s investments in technology solutions that drive positive business outcomes.
With over ten years of experience at OnX, Michael also works closely with OnX’s marketing organization to define our cloud services strategy and integrating Momentum Advanced Solutions’ rich portfolio of web, digital marketing, and mobile solutions into the OnX “Design, Build, Operate and Accelerate” business model. Lastly, our CTO office oversees OnX’s state-of-art executive briefing center, a large scale, client laboratory for expediting the evaluation of competitive solutions, executing Proof-of-Concept and Pilots.
Michael has a wealth of experience in all aspects of Information Technology including designing enterprise infrastructure architectures, providing market insight, defining IT strategies and business cases, and executing successfully delivering advanced TCO studies..
Michael is a member of a number of industry professional organizations including Intel’s global solution provider advisory council and CIO Canada.
SVP Professional Services/SA
As Sr. Vice President, Professional Services, Scott has overall responsibility for strategic direction, team leadership, day-to-day management, customer satisfaction, financial performance and the future growth of OnX’s professional services business, across all regions. His responsibility covers presales, solution architecture, delivery, consulting, and project management.
In addition to his role in Professional Services, Scott is also responsible for OnX’s Global Recruitment effort, sits on a number of internal committees and external advisory groups, and contributes to a number of special projects including acquisition evaluations and subsequent acquisition integration activities.
Scott started his career with OnX in January 2000, and has held a number of management roles since then. He is on the OnX executive leadership team and works alongside OnX’s other executive leaders to chart the course for the organizations future and to ensure OnX continues to be an industry leader.
Scott is a graduate of McMaster University, and has completed some significant post graduate work in the fields of management, business administration, organizational development, negotiations, and resource management. Prior to joining OnX, Scott had a successful career in I.T sales and services, resource management, and recruitment.
Sr. Vice President Sales Specialist
Rob is a dynamic, entrepreneurial sales leader with a 21+ year record of award-winning business solution selling. Rob has overall responsibility and strategic direction for OnX’s Sales Specialists. The Sales Specialist team is comprised of an integrated portfolio of 4 Key Best Practices; from Software Advisory, Enterprise Software, Networking Strategies, to Cloud and Managed Services. His responsibility includes building, owning and managing a growing and sustainable business by providing industry leading Enterprise Solutions and Services that are integral for the success of our Clients Business’s.
With a team of Sales Specialists, Rob’s approach is unique from traditional methods of IT solutions and service delivery. His team of subject matter experts has years of experience and a successful track record in providing software asset management, optimizing and rationalizing enterprise software license strategies, providing turnkey enterprise software solutions, and offering a world class data center for providing cloud solutions and managed services for our clients IT environments. Our Client’s IT leaders can truly become the technology advisors and brokers for their Business and partner with OnX to deliver a full range of software strategies, cloud, federated, and managed services that are unparalleled to any other services organization.
Randy Barnhardt is the SVP of the OnX Service Provider Global division with responsibility for leading a team with over 200 years of telecom and service provider technology and sales experience. Randy comes to OnX after an 8 year tenure leading the Agilysys National Service Provider organization. The Service Provider business unit has grown over 300% within the last 5 years focusing on a select group of fortune 100 companies. With a commitment to first class customer service and unique industry leading programs Randy plans to expand the OnX Service Provider division globally. Randy has over 20 years of industry experience with companies such as Sun Microsystems, Intergraph, Sherpa, and others.
Randy’s background allows him to lead this global team which has over 150 years of combined OEM experience to drive state of the art business programs while delivering a vast array of technology solutions. We have been awarded Verizon’s IT Vendor of the year award as a testament to the quality of service and product delivery that the OnX Service Provider team is known for. Our customers understand that they can rely on the combined efforts of this team to provide comprehensive solutions across technologies to solve their business needs.
Randy attended the University of North Carolina and Rowan Technical Institute with degrees in Mechanical Engineering. He has held positions as a technical engineer, manager, and VP of Sales during his career.
SVP Sales, US West
Kirk Oswald was named Senior Vice President of US Sales West with the acquisition of Agilysys in August 2011. Mr. Oswald has more than 20 years of experience with Agilysys and a broad background in the technology industry. He joined Agilysys in 1989 as a Sales Manager and was later promoted to Northeast Regional Director of Sales, Eastern Area Vice President, and Vice President of Sales for the HP business unit for US and Canada.
Kirk has driven change and innovation into several areas within the company to include: Executive Sales Leadership, vendor council participation, professional services pilots, CRM and sales process development, new hire training development, compensation pay plan review and development, quoting process improvement, as well as strategic planning. Additionally, he spearheaded efforts to drive profitable growth through enterprise initiatives focused on operational excellence, employee engagement and customer engagement.
Prior to joining OnX, Mr. Oswald served as account executive at Hamilton Avnet, Software Dynamics and Unitronix.
Mr. Oswald received a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York.
SVP Sales, US East
Phil Clark joined the TSG Agilysys team in 2009 assuming the role of Eastern Area Vice President. Phil brought to TSG a culture of accountability, teamwork and success. A results driven leader, he re-tooled the sales management team, and led the transition of his field organization from product focused to client focused. His focus on new account development generated over $15M of revenue over the past year.
Phil brings to OnX over 30 years of high tech sales experience. He has held senior sales positions in both end user and channel sales.
Phil has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Boston College and an MBA from Babson College.
VP Operations, Managed Services
Terry joined OnX in 2000 and was appointed Vice President, Managed Service Operations in 2006. As a key member of the executive team, he is responsible for the delivery or our Managed Services Operations. Terry was instrumental and bringing new offerings such as DDP (online backup) and Remote Network Management to the OnX portfolio. Terry has implemented two additional data centers at OnX as well as a large data center upgrade in 2011.
Terry is active in many industry organizations focused on data center operations and management including Tier 1 and AFCOM. Through these associations Terry is active with his peers in the industry to ensure the OnX data centers meet ever changing customer needs and are environmentally sound for efficiency and carbon footprint.
Prior to joining OnX, Terry has held senior positions in the IT departments of several organizations including Unisys and Compaq Corporation where he was responsible for managing the IT infrastructure for the Eastern United States. Terry holds an Honors Mathematics and Computer Science degree from McMaster University.
Robert de Korte
VP General Manager, Digital Services
Building on his international industry experience, Robert brings a deep understanding of how technology and marketing drives business success. Robert is a proven business builder with 18 years experience working with multi-national corporations. He has managed multi-disciplinary teams across sales, marketing, client services, web and mobile development and support and maintenance divisions. Robert is known for his passion for business innovation, pragmatic approach to problem solving and deep understanding of the multi-faceted digital marketplace.
Chief Financial Officer
Daren joined OnX in 2000 and was appointed Chief Financial Officer in 2003. As a key member of the executive team, he is responsible for financial reporting, treasury, planning and taxation. Daren also oversees certain corporate and operations roles ensuring proper governance and risk management controls are in place to successfully manage rapid growth.
Daren started his career with KPMG and has held senior finance roles in public and private companies including ClubLink Corporation and Berendsen Fluid Power.
Daren is a Chartered Accountant and obtained a BBA (Hons) degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in 1988.
Vice President, Business Alliances and Marketing
Marty joined the OnX team in May 2011 as the VP of Business Alliances and Marketing. His responsibilities include setting the strategic direction of OnX’s relationships with key industry OEM vendors, suppliers and business partners and leads a team that is responsible for marketing activities related to those partners as well as OnX’s unique value. He also has responsibility for the OnX Infrastructure Inside Sales team and its continued industry leading support of client needs.
Marty has over 25 years experience including 20 years at industry distributor Avnet and 6 years at xwave, a leading Canadian solution provider. His roles have included Sales, Sales Management, Product Management and Alliances.
President FoxWise Technologies Inc.
Sam is a founding member of The Public Sector Aboriginal Business Association (PSABA) and has over 10 years of experience working with and presenting multi-disciplinary solutions to First Nations Communities and various Governments (Federal, Provincial and Municipal). In all of his business ventures, Sam places a strong focus on providing training and capacity building to an Aboriginal workforce. He has personally recruited and provided training and employment for more than 20 Aboriginal people. Sam is a sought after speaker on Aboriginal business at national and international events. In 2006, he was a recipient of the Ottawa Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 Award.
Sam is responsible for the operations and performance of FoxWise. Working with his business development team, Sam initiates the company’s strategy for business development and investments. He provides leadership, planning and coordination to the organizations’ operations to develop and maintain optimal support of the company’s goals.
